(Business days only — weekends and public holidays excluded)

  • United States: 3–8 business days (tracking available)

  • Other Countries: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

While we do our best to deliver promptly, slight delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons.
Your patience and understanding during these times are greatly appreciated.


⚙️ Processing Time

Every order goes through a careful preparation process before shipment.
This includes quality checks, secure packaging, and coordination with our shipping partners.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your tracking information becomes available.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.


🚚 Tracking & Updates

You can easily track your order through the tracking link provided via email.
If tracking updates are not showing after dispatch, please allow a short period for the carrier to update the system.
Our support team is always available to help if you have any concerns about your shipment.


Possible Delays

During peak seasons (such as November–December) or large promotions, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.
In rare cases, if tracking shows no movement for over 30–60 business days, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during such instances.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed, as long as processing has not started.
Once your order is in processing or shipped, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
A small transaction fee ($20) may apply for early cancellations to cover payment processing costs.
